The compact and robust TruTool TSC 200 is designed for fiber lasers with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag up to 25 mm. This is independent of the material. Several factors are decisive for the high cleaning quality and performance. For example, the geometry of the cleaning tool and the feed support. In addition, the balanced weight distribution of the housing and motor ensures smooth and ergonomic operation. The cleaning time for a standard pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm with partial loading is approx. 15 minutes. We recommend the optional feed support if you need to clean slag thicknesses > of 15 mm.

Cleaning process
The slat is cleaned from bottom to top with a rotating movement. The roughing function breaks up the slag and performs the coarse cleaning. The finishing function is responsible for fine cleaning by scraping off the slag.
Can be used once
The cleaning tools, which are made of high-quality materials, have wear part markings on the side. Replace the tools when the markings are no longer visible. You have the option of turning the cleaning tool 180° beforehand. This ensures a long service life.
