TecZone Bend

TecZone Bend combines the bending programming on the writing table with the shop floor programming on your TruBend bending machine.

Classic Model

The Classic model for universal bending has a classic configuration, has a 4-axis backgauge, and a traditional QuickClamp tool clamp. It is suitable for a wide range of bending tasks.

Comfort Model

The Comfort model is designed for versatile bending and comprises extended configuration options, a 4-axis backgauge, a hydraulic tool clamp from TRUMPF, and a CNC-controlled crowning facility. The model is designed in such a way that it can meet all of your requirements.

Digital connection and integration for smart solutions

Seamless integration of multiple TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.

Standard tools for the Comfort model

Create your own tool set from more than 150 types of upper and lower tools. You can order tools as a set or individually.

Lightweight bending tool for the Comfort model

Lightweight bending tools are 30 percent lighter than standard tools, and up to a tool length of 300 mm they are fitted with a Safety-Click as standard. Enabling you to set up faster and reduce the workload for operators.

ZN tools for the Comfort model

If you are processing zinc-plated sheet metals, zinc deposits can collect on the die after just a few bends. This can result in a risk of cold welding. This can cause indentations on the component and inaccuracies. You can avoid this with the coated TRUMPF LASERdur ZN bending tools. These have a high level of surface hardness with the best sliding properties, are corrosion resistant, and do not need to be cleaned.

Special tools for the Comfort model

For special bending tasks, TRUMPF will develop customized tool solutions for you. To ensure your part quality is right from the outset, we will tests these tools beforehand using your special material, and will produce the first sample parts.
