SeamLine Tube automatically detects weld seams and aligns tubes reliably. The touchpoint user interface selects the parameters automatically – this reduces operating effort and increases process reliability. The function also enables even more reliable seam detection and can automatically adjust cutting parameters in the area of the weld seam. FocusLine

No more adjustments by hand: the FocusLine control mechanism keeps the focal position of the laser constant and automatically adapts it to the material.

Save on cutting gas, increase process reliability: the innovative nozzle with patented nozzle geometry enables you to achieve average cutting gas savings of 33% when high-pressure cutting wall thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm. Thanks to the increased nozzle distance, process reliability is also improved.

Magnetic coupling

The magnetic coupling with bellows protects the cutting head. In the event of a collision, the cutting head deflects, which prevents structural damage. It can then be moved manually into the starting position again. This means that production can be resumed after a short time.

Loading

With the LoadMaster Tube loading unit you can minimize your setup times. The practical bundle space automatically provides the unprocessed material. It is also possible to set up the LoadMaster at the front of the machine. This enables you to adapt the layout of the machine perfectly to your material flow.

Tube storage system with a storage connection

The loading automation enables you to link TruLaser Tube machines to a tube storage system. Enabling you to load the laser tube-cutting machine fully automatically and unattended. How does it work? A tilt-and-lift station takes the cartridge with the raw material from the store and transfers it to the conveyor unit. It is directly connected to the LoadMaster Tube.

Unloading and sorting

The unloading automation interface with longitudinal conveyor belt is used for the automated unloading of finished parts on TruLaser Tube machines. It is a mechanical and digital interface and includes the longitudinal conveyor belt. The integrator automation can flexibly be connected to the conveyor belt as required.
