Large scale in series production
As a complete turnkey solution, the TruMark Station 7000 can be used flexibly – from marking to surface processing. With its generous inside dimensions, the TruMark Station 7000 laser marking system provides plenty of space for almost any application. The marking system is suitable for marking large, heavy individual parts or many small parts. An additional option for the TruMark Station 7000 is our rotary table system for parallel-to-production loading. The motorized door provides safety and boosts productivity by opening and closing quickly. There is also an option to partially open or close the door.
Specialist for series production
The large work area and many options mean that the station is ideal for large batch sizes – especially with the rotary table, which is optimally designed for heavy components and fixtures up to 35kg per side.
Outstanding ergonomics
The well-thought-out design of the work station counteracts operator fatigue.
Easy to use
One user interface for operating the axes, laser parameters, and external communication
No dust or smoke
The laser power on the workpiece remains entirely unaffected due to the precise spot extraction system. This allows the quality of the marking to remain consistent.
Perfect wavelength and laser power
For every application, various TRUMPF beam sources, pulse durations, and power classes can be combined with the station with flexibility. This allows for perfect application results.

High-end with all the features
The machine is the first TRUMPF laser marking system with a stable construction that is ideal for industrial use featuring a polymer concrete plate as the main design component. The laser marking system's functions can be monitored using Remote Services – after activation, our service experts can provide support help quickly.
True simplicity
You can mark workpieces of a wide range of sizes inside the TruMark Station 7000. The laser can be moved using two axes in the X and Z direction. The work surface positioning in the Y direction, opens an extensive, easily accessible work area.
Full flexibility – even with rotary table
With our rotary table system, you don't need to forego the x and z axes. You can mark the entire area of the rotary table, and process beyond the marking field as the laser moves beyond the component.
