Equipped with a powerful 1700 watt drive, the TruTool TKA 700 provides outstanding power with high torques and stable and safe machine guidance. You can give components clean visible edges, break sharp edges, apply a radius of 2, 3 or 4 mm or prepare a weld seam. All of this is possible with little effort and in an array of angular positions, from 0° – 60°. Chamfer lengths can be set continuously and without needing any tools, with the utmost precision and speed. Chamfer lengths of up to 5 mm can be produced in mild steel very easily in one operation. A second work step is required for a chamfer length of 7 mm. The perfectly designed hand grip reduces vibrations, provides ergonomics and stable machine guidance.

Optionally, 0°-multi-edge cutter mounts and multi-edge cutter mounts from 15° to 60° are available in 5° increments.

Fixed setting
The selected chamfer length is maintained continuously throughout the entire processing procedure. This prevents accidental adjustment.
Operations

Long service life
We offer you a wide range comprised of a variety of multi-edge cutters. Can be used to process steel, aluminum, and plastic. You can also use multi-edge cutters to process chamfers with 0° and 15° – 60°, in increments of 5°. The multi-edge cutters have three cutting edges and can be turned three times, thus reducing operating costs.
Without tool
The TruTool TKA 700 is supplied standard without tools. This gives you the opportunity to select the right angle and the appropriate indexable insert holder individually.
Additional options
In the TRUMPF standard range there is even a 0° multi-edge cutter mount, which is mainly used to process front edges. The multi-edge cutter mount R is the perfect accessory for rounds with a radius of 2 mm, 3 mm, or 4 mm.
Powerful
TruTool TKA 700 is equipped with an extremely powerful angular gear motor with high torque and speed controller. Furthermore, the drive impresses with a very long service life. This is even the case when the machine is subjected to high stresses, such as during continuous operation, for example. The adjustable revolution speed ensures the work is appropriate for the material involved as well as perfect results. The machine offers a high degree of user protection thanks to soft start, restart protection, blockage monitoring and electronic overload protection.
